Ep. 14: Social Media Detoxing: Embrace the Empty Space

Sometimes we get so caught up in our external world that we forget to check in to our internal world. Whenever we have a spare moment, we reach for our phone or other distraction to fill that empty space.
To help calm some of the chaos in my mind and my life, I decided to do a little experiment last month. For the whole month of December, I took a break from social media.
In this episode, I share what I learned from that experiment and offer some insights on why it’s important to embrace the moments of nothingness.
