Each week has a particular focus to help guide our work together. This serves as a guideline for us to follow and modify based on your needs and what season we are working with.

Week 1: Observation

Before we can move forward, we have to know where we are beginning. This week is all about finding the stillness and truly seeing where we are, how we got here, and where we want to go. After this week, you’ll be able to recognize what your own inner wisdom sounds like and be able to identify what is working well in your life and what isn’t serving you anymore.

Week 2: Choosing Your Path

Based on what we learned in week 1, we can now move forward with more clarity and direction. We will choose one or two practices to implement and learn from. Implementing them will teach us a lot about your hold ups and struggles, as well as how much you can gain from just a few simple practices. This will give us a lot of valuable information for our process moving forward.

Week 3: Course Correction

A true, sustainable self-care practice is all about experimentation and adjusting when needed. We will take what we’ve learned from week 2, reflect, and modify as needed. What went well, what didn’t go well, perhaps add another practice to focus on or keep sticking to what we did before. We will continue to refining the process, work through hold ups and get closer to your establishing your ideal practices.


Week 4: The Summit

In our final week, we will take all that we’ve learned and been working on and really instill it into your life. You will continue the practices that work and letting go of the ones that don’t. By this point, you will feel more at home in your self and in your body. And from this space you can start to make confident choices about what you want in your life and what does not belong.

Final Phone Call:

On our final hour-long phone call, we will go deeper with what we learned during our month together. This call is actually my favorite part because it is so amazing to see the power of simple practices. Here we will celebrate your biggest breakthroughs and I can answer any questions or concerns you might have. We will also confirm some practices and mindsets that are really working for you and can continue as your foundational practices. We will also develop a game plan for moving forward.



We will have two 1-hour phone sessions, one at the beginning and one at the end of our time together. On our welcome call we can deep dive into your current situation, your needs, how I can help, and create a game plan for moving forward.


Daily priority email interactions for quick questions and check-in’s ($125 value) for daily accountability and support.


15-20 min weekly check in phone calls with email follow up summaries to hold you accountable, course correct if needed, and implement new practices throughout your month. I’m with you every step of the way.

I got into the wellness industry because I was trying to heal myself. Ever since I got diagnosed with depression as a teenager, I’ve been on an ever-evolving healing journey, and I eventually learned that medication and hoping for the best could only get me so far. Over time, I found that the true healing happened when I started tending to myself on a truly personal level through daily practices and lifestyle changes.

As you may have learned from your own ailments - there really is no “one size fits all” program to health. There is no quick fix or magic potion to make you a new person.

If there was, I would tell you, because I feel like I did everything “right” to feel happy and healthy. To free myself from anxiety, digestion issues, low-energy, mysterious body pain - you know, all of the good stuff.

It wasn’t until I went to Massage School and started learning how the body works, how connected the body and mind are, and how everybody and every body is different, that I started treating my own approach to health differently. I changed my diet, started practicing yoga regularly, adopted seasonal practices, and learned other ways to quiet the chatter and stress. And through that I was led to the wisest healer - myself!

It’s been well over a decade since I embarked on my self-healing path, and since I started my wellness studies. I’m one of those unique coaches that not only has healed themselves, but is also a seasoned practitioner. I’ve studied all over the US and internationally to learn from the top leaders in the healing industry and have become specialized in Therapeutic Yoga and Meditation, Women’s Health, Trigger Point Therapy, Mayan Abdominal Therapies, Clinical Thai Bodywork, and Herbalism.
