The Healing Season Community is an online community where you will learn how to use the natural cycles of the seasons and your inner wisdom to create intuitive, simple, and effective healing practices.

Dealing with any kind of health issue or difficult season can feel like a lonely path. You are expected to carry on with “business as usual” - fulfilling work demands, caring for your family, taking care of your own needs - while still managing and coping with your daily pain and discomforts.

And because it’s all so hard to manage, it’s easy to just pretend we are OK, push through, and not nurture our health on the level that is needed. We feel resigned to our issues and think “Well, this is just how life is.”

I got into the wellness industry because I was trying to heal myself. Ever since I got diagnosed with depression as a teenager, I’ve been on an ever-evolving healing journey, and I eventually learned that medication and hoping for the best could only get me so far. Over time, I found that the true healing happened when I started tending to myself on a truly personal level through daily practices and lifestyle changes.

As you may have learned from your own ailments - there really is no “one size fits all” program to health. There is no quick fix or magic potion to make you a new person.

If there was, I would tell you, because I feel like I did everything “right” to feel happy and healthy. To free myself from anxiety, digestion issues, low-energy, mysterious body pain - you know, all of the good stuff.

It wasn’t until I went to Massage School and started learning how the body works, how connected the body and mind are, and how everybody and every body is different, that I started treating my own approach to health differently. I changed my diet, started practicing yoga regularly, adopted seasonal practices, and learned other ways to quiet the chatter and stress. And through that I was led to the wisest healer - myself!

It’s been well over a decade since I embarked on my self-healing path, and since I started my wellness studies. I’m one of those unique coaches that not only has healed themselves, but is also a seasoned practitioner. I’ve studied all over the US and internationally to learn from the top leaders in the healing industry and have become specialized in Therapeutic Yoga and Meditation, Women’s Health, Trigger Point Therapy, Mayan Abdominal Therapies, Clinical Thai Bodywork, and Herbalism.

And I’m here to help you create your own path. Let’s embark together, shall we?

Frequently asked questions

Why is this membership only for women?

This is only open for women and those that identify as a woman because of the various women's health issues that can come up in this type of setting, it's important to keep it a safe space to openly talk about the various aspects and cycles of being a woman. And some of our studies will be on women's health.

What are my options for joining?

The Healing Season Community has a 3-month minimum commitment because to make this approach to healing effective, we need to experiement with it for at least a season. You can pay in monthly increments of $20, or you can pay $60 all up front.

What if I can't make the live calls?

No problem. All of the calls will be recorded and posted inside of the membership hub.

What is the cancellation policy?

There are no refunds or cancelations after the season has begun. At the end of the 3-month commitment, your membership automatically expires, but there will be an option to carry on to the next season and keep your current pricing (the price will go up a bit as the membership develops).

How does the membership work?

The membership community operates in 3-month increments that coincide with the season we are in. We will spend those 3 months together exploring various themes and practices that can be applied to your current lifestyle and health issues. The goal is to learn how to align your personal needs with your natural rhythms and the cycles of nature. Along with a monthly lesson based on a theme from the season, there is a monthly community call to go over the content and answer questions and weekly devotionals posted in the hub to help you implement the material and create space for your own practice.

What do I get when I join?

- A monthly lesson on a specific seasonal theme so you can fully understand the wisdom of the season and have tangible practices to experiment wit - A monthly live group call to go over the content and to answer any questions or hold-ups (And it's just a nice opportunity to hang out!) so you can stay accountable for your own personal goals and have a community to support you along the way - Weekly 15 minute devotionals where we do a simple movement and journaling practice together so you can start your week off in an intentional and grounded way - Access to a private virtual community (a facebook group, for now) so you can have daily support from me and from each other - The Seasonal Healing Framework that will simplify your self-care and help you, step-by-step, create habits and rituals that fit with your needs, your life commitments, and align with the natural cycles that can support you. - Access to the Self-Care Library that's full of quick instructional practices for each season to fit your aches, pains, needs, and joy.

I've got a lot going on. Will I even have time for this?

My approach to anything self-care is to make it organically fit into your life. In fact, this is The Healing Season way. And with this method, your healing practices become a way of life, not something to add to your to-do list. So with your activity within the membership, you can consume the monthly lessons and calls at your pace and the weekly devotionals are intentionally only 15 minutes. And however much you want to spend in community with others in the Facebook group is up to you. It's all designed to work with your life, not against it. And when you operate this way, you might find that you have more space for your healing then you thought.
