The intention behind Randi's one-on-one bodywork sessions is to disarm physical holding patterns that cause chronic pain and to restore balance and freedom in the body.
Randi combines her 10+ years of training and experience in Thai Massage, Clinical Thai Bodywork, Yoga, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Energy Work, and CranioSacral Therapy to create a treatment unique to your body and concerns.
The work mainly consists of Thai Massage techniques blended with breath work and passive stretches to relax and open the body, deep compression work and warm herbal compresses to soften and nurture the tissues, and trigger point therapy to reset pain patterns.
These sessions have resolved chronic and acute issues within 1-3 sessions and can be a safe, more economic alternative to surgeries or other, more invasive methods.

Therapeutic movement also plays an integral role in healing and preventing chronic pain and injuries. You can have a therapist massage out tension and heal some pain issues, but it takes retraining your muscles to move differently to prevent the pain from coming back.
As a highly trained yoga teacher and bodyworker, Randi can help you develop a personalized movement plan to aid you on your healing journey.
Each session is based around your unique areas of concern, and Randi will lead you through self care techniques, yoga postures, meditation and breathing techniques, and other movement therapies to treat your conditions and make sure you are executing them with proper, therapeutic alignment.
