This four week series was created to help you take your yoga practice to a deeper level. Create groundedness and security in each posture. Unlock strength and flexibility that you didn't even know was there. Learn some new ways to your body some much needed healing.
We will cover some of the basics of yoga, so it is a nice series for all levels, but it is geared towards those that already have some familiarity with a physical practice.
