My techniques are different...

I’ve been a bodyworker for over a decade, and basic abdominal massage has been a part of my practice for many years. I noticed overtime that the more I focused on this area, the better results I was seeing with clients in all sorts of ways and the better they felt in general after each session. 

​

Stubborn low-back pain went away. Posture was improved. Energy levels increased. Digestion issues diminished. It was amazing. So I started spending more and more time there until I eventually became specialized in just this area. 

​

I am now a certified Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® practitioner, and I revolve my sessions around tradition, as well as incorporating other modalities to make sure we are addressing the body as a whole, including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and CranioSacral techniques. 

​

I also include herbal medicine support and self-care education to help you take your healing home with you to ensure that you are tending to your body’s needs on a daily basis.

WHAT ABDOMINAL THERAPY IS

These non-invasive massage techniques relieve tension in the muscles and connective tissues and coax things back into place. It can relieve a myriad of common issues, including:
