Love the idea of self care, but hate the idea of adding one more thing to your to-do list? Especially when taking time for yourself seems like such a daunting task with no clear starting point?
I hear you, but the magical thing about taking the time for self care is that it can calm the chaos and create more time and energy to live the rest of your life to the fullest. It just takes learning how to make it a part of your life instead of something you have to somehow fit in somewhere, and I'm here to help.
There's a lot of buzz floating around about this whole 'self care' thing these days. And not just from me!
The importance of practicing self care, or taking time to tend to your true needs, is being touted by therapists, academic scholars, doctors, and the like. And while that sounds like a great idea, it's hard to know where to start and what to even do.
I've tried to offer as much guidance as I can through my one-on-one mentoring, various workshops, tips after bodywork sessions, and with my weekly Self Care Sunday newsletter.
But not everyone can or want to partake those services, and if you have in the past, it doesn't always give you the structure needed to really make it a part of your everyday life.
So to help fill in those gaps, I've created the Simple Self Care Course, an online offering meant to give you clarity on what self care looks like for you and some instruction on how to make it a part of your everyday life.
This is a course I've been wanting to create for years and have actively been working on for months. I've learned so much from working with you all and have listened to your struggles. And this course is my attempt at giving you even more tools to heal and have support on your healing journey.
