Simple Self Care Foundations is your gateway to creating a deeper relationship with yourself. A way to feel empowered in your daily life.

Through weekly check-in calls, self guided lectures, on-demand videos and audio meditations, a private facebook support community, and weekly prompts and challenges to help nudge you deeper along, Randi will help you create a foundational self care practice unique to your needs and desires.

Weekly Topic Breakdown:

Week 1: Create Space + Work Through Roadblocks

Make the space physically, mentally, and emotionally for a self care practice. Define what is keeping you from your practice and learn how to work through them. 

Week 2: Assemble the Toolkit

Explore the basics of therapeutic movement, breath work, connecting with nature, and subtle check in tools needed to access your inner wisdom.

Week 3: Morning + Evening Rituals

Establish healthy ways of integrating structure and ritual into your daily life.

Week 4: Journaling + Reflection

Learn journaling techniques to deepen our practice and relationship with ourself. Refine what you’ve learned, determine what is serving you and what isn’t, and develop a plan for the future.

What is Self Care anyway? 

I define self care as the act of tuning in and acting accordingly. It's more than just a bubble bath and a pedicure. It's developing a deep, authentic relationship with yourself, tuning in to your inner wisdom, and then making lifestyle choices based on what you hear. 


Do I have to attend this course in person?

Nope! This 4-week course happens entirely online. You will have access to all of the material on the Simple Self Care School membership site and will be in community with other participants and me via the private facebook group. 


What if I can't make the live weekly calls?

No worries. Each call will be recorded and you can watch/listen to them on your own time. 


What is your refund policy?

Since this course is already discounted from what I would normally charge, there are no refunds at this time. Be sure of your commitment to yourself and this course before registering.
