Need mid-day pick-me-up? How about a breather after your morning meetings? Take advantage of these vibrant summer months and nourish your mind, body, and soul over your lunch hour. 

For June, July, and August Randi Kay will be offering drop-in yoga classes Wednesday afternoons. Enjoy a gentle yoga class suitable for all levels, focusing on therapeutic ways to relax and refuel. 

Dates: Wednesdays, Aug 1 - 29. 

Time: 11:30am - 12:20pm

Drop in for one class at a time or purchase a multi-class pass to save.
