Your daily actions, decisions, and intentions make you who you are. It's your practice over time that causes deep change.
But change is challenging. Practice takes time. And the most effective transformation comes when you have some guidance and support.
This is why Artist Nichole Rae and Naturally Randi Kay are joining forces this Fall to offer that guidance, support, and tools to help you be who you want to be in the world.
Over the span of four weeks, you will be guided in the tried and true methods of The Art of Daily Practice by Nichole and Simple Self Care by Randi. Each week we will meet and practice together in community and then given encouragement to bring certain aspects of these practices into your life.
Week 1: Breathwork, Meditation, and Forgiveness - Learning how to slow down, tune in, and let go of what isn't serving you anymore.
Week 2: Journaling and Asking for Guidance - Using the therapeutic tools of journaling to receive wisdom from within.
Week 3: Therapeutic Movement and I AM Affirmations - Creating an empowered relationship with yourself through intentional movement and declaration.
Week 4: Simplifying Your Life and Setting Intentions - Decluttering and simplifying areas of your life and moving forward with a clear and powerful vision.
